KEVIN M. BUTLER is an associate of the firm, with extensive experience in foreclosure actions, federal bankruptcy proceedings, mortgages, landlord/tenant eviction proceedings, partition actions, state and federal forfeiture actions, mechanic and condominium liens, real property title insurance claims, general commercial litigation and transactional real estate. Mr. Butler's current practice concentrates on representing lenders and mortgage servicers in all aspects of mortgage-related litigation.


Prior to joining Bonchonsky & Zaino LLP, Mr. Butler was an associate at Frenkel, Lambert, Weiss, Weisman and Gordon, LLP where he practiced mainly in the areas of mortgage foreclosure litigation and general real estate litigation. Prior thereto he practiced at Stiene and Associates, P.C., where he represented a number of banks and lending institutions in foreclosure actions, post-foreclosure evictions, REO/third party sales and litigated matters.


Mr. Butler is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association serving on the Real Property Law and Commercial Litigation Committees. Mr. Butler graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, and Brooklyn Law School class of 2002 and is admitted to practice in New York.
